Introduction

I was always one of those kids that thought they didn't have any hobbies. When I was younger I used to go swimming and attended horse riding lesson, but they were never hobbies of mine. About a year ago, I was over at my uncles house (who is about 36 but acts about 26) and he has the biggest collection of DVDs,It was like a HMV store. I spent the day going through his DVDs and labelling the ones I wanted to watch and the ones I had already seen. Once I had finished I realised every single DVD was labelled. This was the critical moment of which I realised, I love films.
As a child, I would watch a film, such as The Lion King and once the credits had rolled I would put on another film so I could compare them, and find myself repeating the quotes all day long.

Another thing I've been known to do is watch the special features on the DVDs, one to see what the actors are like off screen, and also to see the atmosphere and admire the production. From the outtakes to the commentry, I'd watch all the features.
If there wasn't any on the DVD I would search online for something, I like to see how each production, cast and crew is different.
I have worried I had become obsessed but I believe I have it controlled.

I am also very interested in the Magazine and Music industry, I love finding unsigned bands that I know me and my friends would like. My brothers band has played in a few times in Bristol now and that has been a good way to find out the unsigned bands in the Bristol area.
Whenever I enter a convenience store or supermarket, I attempt to skim read my favourite magazines. I particularly love the Photography in Vanity Fair, the layout and themes in GQ and the way Vogue is written.
